Deck Restoring

Deck  restoring involves treating your deck either wood or composite (example Trex) with a cleaning solution that kills the mold/algae and fungus thats staining/rotting your deck.
Then Gently power wash the stains and dead mold/algae away.


Big difference from ugly slippery deck to nice clean deck.

Taking care of your decks -

To keep decks healthy they need to be power washed and sealed when the last sealing has worn away. Usually every other year. Longer if covered or mellow winter and just old wear and tear.

Except during really harsh winters like last winter, We've been restoring decks this season that were just sealed last season.

Removing black mold keeps the wood strong, The black mold is the first sign of your deck rotting.

Using our deck wash solution we first kill the molds and then powerwash (just enough pressure to remove stains) the deck to remove the stains and dead mold & spores.

We then allow the deck to dry a day or so, Then we seal the deck and handrails with a semi transparent stain or solid stain or if you like a clear sealer.

If left unchecked your deck will deteriorate quickly and even become dangerous with green algae being very slippery when wet.
