Or if you wish I'll use what the other roof cleaning company's use, bleach, bleach works good but it's harsh on my hands/eyes,clothes,and your roof.
I prefer using the green system (hydrogen peroxide based solution) - after using both roof cleaning systems (bleach or hydrogen peroxide) the results are the same (as long as correct concentration,dwell time etc... are followed.) a bright new looking roof.
Dark colored asphalt roofing shingles clean up the best, the black mold is hiding the beautiful colored shingles.

Note: Most of the other roof cleaning companies use harsh bleach to clean roofs claiming its recommended by the roof shingle manufactures - the same shingle manufacture that changed the formula to allow algae to grow in the first place.
But if you wish I will use what the other roof cleaning companys use - Bleach - Bleach works good,But its harsh on my hands,eyes,chothes and your roof.
